Anthropic’s Claude AI Gets Interactive Charts and Visualisations in Responses

On Thursday, Anthropic introduced a new feature for its artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot, Claude, which was designed to be an AI. It has the new feature that allows it to create in-line visualisations such as interactive charts and diagrams for user queries. This visual data appears directly on the chat page and does not require any coding skills of the Chatbot. The AI firm also noted that based on the conversation, Claude can also tweak and change the visualisations with relevant information. This is not surprising, however, the new feature comes just days after the company released Code Review to Claude Code.

Claude Gets Support for In-Line Visualisations

In a blog post, the San Francisco-based AI startup announced that it would be visualising Claude in ‘Claude for Jacques’. The feature is currently in beta for all users, including those on the free tier of the platform. Anthropic highlights that the feature is part of “Imagine with Claude” (previewed last year), and allows chatbot to create visuals in real-time without coding.

It’s interesting, since this is the first time Claude can create any kind of visuals (not counting the Canvas tool which uses coding) and thus makes it interesting. In-line visualisation, it remains unable to create images but allows users an easier way to navigate complicated subjects with more complex topics. It also allows users to play around with the data chart and learn more about it immersively, as well as being interactive (e.g.

If users use the feature, it will be turned on by default once its features are activated. In Claude, it is possible for him to automatically decide which answers would be better with a visual. In other words, users can also ask the chatbot to direct display a visual via prompts.

In its responses, Claude has also been slowly adding visuals to its answers. A feature that was introduced earlier this year by Anthropic, allows the chatbot to display a picture of the food when users ask for its recipe. Similarly, when users ask the weather is asked it shows a visual of s.
