Apple Borivali Now Open for Customers as Mumbai’s Second Apple Store After BKC
Apple opened its second retail store in Mumbai and the sixth overall store of India on Thursday as it opened doors to its third-largest retailer, a Hindi word for “the first” (indian) shop. The new store, named Apple Borivali, is a major residential and commercial center in Mumbai’s western suburbs of the west. In addition to its growing retail footprint in India, it is the company’s second store in the city after Apple BKC. Like most of the previous outlets, Apple Borivali provides services for Apple devices from purchases of products and accessories to help from experts to hands on ‘Today at Apple’ sessions.
Apple Borivali Now Open
Having launched this, Apple now operates multiple official stores in India including its stores at Mumbai and Delhi NCR. The Sky City Mall, where the Borivali store is located at the same time as Apple’s global retail architecture, has been designed to be a large glass facade with open product tables and dedicated zones for support and learning sessions.

According to Apple, customers visiting the store can explore its full product lineup new iPhone models, Mac computers, iPads, Apple Watch models and AirPods as well. Stores offer also customer experience and allow consumers to try out devices before purchasing a product.

Alternatively, customers can buy Apple products online from any store location in India and order them up from the store at their convenience.
They can also purchase accessories for their current devices other than this, such as . Apple Store Cases, power adapters, cables and Earpods (MaSafe charger & MagSafe Batteries for the iPhone) are also available. A Mac and MacBook user can purchase Magic Mouse, the Apple Store’s own Magic Trackpad, a Touch ID-based version of Magic Keyboard (and other dongles) as well as various Dongle products from the iPad.

In the same way as other Apple Stores in India and around the world, Apple Borivali is said to be a 100 percent renewable energy company that operates carbon-neutrally neutral.
Apple Creatives conduct ‘Today at Apple’ sessions at the store to teach customers about art, coding and photography. They’re free and are also available for business groups, families and friends as well as the sessions of . Apart from this, Apple Noida also provides in-store support and repair services by Apple-certified professionals through the Genius Bar.
Lastly, Apple Noida also provides ‘Shop with a Specialist over Video’ services where customers can contact knowledgeable Apple Specialists via ‘video call to get personalised buying recommendations and compare different product models, see available purchase options and learn more about Apple devices.

The Cupertino-based tech giant is launching Apple Borivali wallpapers for free to commemorate the opening, as well as a dedicated Apple Music playlist on the music-streaming app featuring sounds of the city.
Apple Borivali is notably the company’s fifth retail store in India after earlier openings of Apple BKC in Mumbai, Apple Saket and apple Noida (in Delhi-NCR), Apple Hebbal at Bengaluru; and Mac Koregaon Park in Pune.
