Forget waiting in the slow lane of 5G. BSNL is flexing its horsepower in this quantum realm with its brand-new 5G service, formally called “Q-5G” (or Quantum 5G). The State-owned giant announced the name this Wednesday, immediately after holding the public naming contest. Meanwhile, the future is already here in some circles, for BSNL is now rolling out Q-5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA). Farewell, SIM card; are you ready for super-hot, blazing-fast speeds? BSNL is going warp speed ahead.

BSNL Q-5G Announced

Say goodbye to dial-up!-BSNL has just detonated a 5G bombshell over India-the name “Q-5G” was crowdsourced and given to it by the people themselves. BSNL said on X that the name stands for 5G and embodies furious power, speed, and a futuristic vision. One sorry of citizen-approved next generation may be waiting for you!

The soft-opening of Quantum 5G FWA by BSNL took place only in certain Indian markets – a 5G-based internet lease line for businesses. No SIM cards, no wires; claim BSNL, it is India`s first completely wireless 5G FWA, built with indigenous technology.

No voice calls, please. Consider BSNL’s Quantum 5G FWA, which is laser-focused on pure fairly high-speed data. Starting at Rs 999 per month, get ready for the biggest data surge ever.

One week after crowdsourcing a name for a 5G service meant for the masses, BSNL is concentrating all its energies on finding the right connectivity to offer to users. This means not just the 5G rollout is imminent, but the telco is also ramping up its 4G network. Imagine a scenario where coverage really improves as BSNL rolls out a lakhmore4G towers, on top of the lakh that went live last month.

The DoT is to seek cabinet approval for the expansion of 4-G services of the state-owned telecommunication operator, temporary connectivity grown under the auspices of MOS Dr. Chandrasekhar Pemmasani.

Just after celebrating the installing of 100,000 towers next gen 4G, the minister is now going super high. It is said that they will move it to the Cabinet and Prime Minister Modi, asking for another bombshell proposal of another 100,000 towers – this expansion is thereby slated to yet build another connectivity revolution!

Additionally, BSNL also aims to plan more 4G and 5G equipment alongside monetising its assets by increasing its cash flow.
