The company announced on Thursday that Flipkart Republic Day Sale 2026 will begin in the third week of January, citing Flipcart’s statement about its plans for launch. Additionally, the online shopping site will offer a 10 percent instant discount and “easy EMI” options to HDFC Bank credit cardholders. The debit and credit cards of other select banks also offer customers an instant discount of up to 15 percent for their purchases. The Flipkart Black membership, the e-commerce platform’s flagship subscription level (the exclusive deals and benefits) will also offer special deals to members. Apart from these sale event will include “rush hour deals”, “tick tock deals” and “jackpot deals”. And “steal deals.”
It comes almost a month since Flipkart Buy Buy 2025 sale event, which started on December 5 at the time of its launch by the online-commerce platform, was announced. It was a six-day sale event that offered discounts on smartphones, laptops, TWS, Bluetooth speakers and other smart home appliances from brands such as Samsung (Sameone), Oppo/Apple, Poco, Vivo, Acer and Mivi.
Similarly, Flipkart also offered customers instant discounts on credit and debit cards of select banks, cashback offers and easy EMI options. Like the Republic Day Sale 2026, Flipkart also gave its Plus and Black subscribers early access to the previous sale event.
