Life Is Strange: Reunion Officially Announced Launch Set for March 26
Tuesday’s livestream was dedicated to the announcement of Life is Strange Reunion, the next game in Square Enix’ arc-bustering narrative adventure series that will follow it on Monday. This is the final chapter of the Life is Strange series, which was dubbed as the last chapter in the Max and Chloe saga (the first one to be released on March 26, 2026), across PC (via Steam and Microsoft store), PS5, and Xbox Series S/X, Square Enix confirmed that it will launch on 26 March 2027. Reunion will bring back best friends Max Caulfield and Chloe Price, who last appeared together in 2017’s Life Is Strange Before the Storm – life is strange Life is Strange.
In the reveal, Square Enix posted a short trailer of scenes and gameplay from Life is Strange Reunion along with an episode about life’s strange-reunited footage. The game will be played at Caledon University, like 2024’s Life is Strange Double Exposure, developed by Deck Nine, as it was on the show. Max, who is a photography teacher there, has to use her time rewind powers to save the university from ‘an explosion of destruction’.
