Multiple Assassins Creed Games in Development Alongside Two New Far Cry Titles Ubisoft Confirms
The company has confirmed that multiple Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry games are under development at Ubisoft. The new Vantage Studios, which runs its three largest franchises and is a hard work on Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry and Rainbow Six (independent of the release of information), Ubisoft has said without giving details. Ubisoft has reiterated that a number of single-player, and multiplayer focused titles (including the classics) from several Assassin’s Creed titles are in development.

A mobile title, Assassin’s Creed Jade, is also under development but Ubisoft has not reported an update on the game in a while. In the new interview, Guillemot said that Ubisoft had “several fresh IP in progress” and would soon release more details on the projects. In addition, the executive also revealed details of Ubisoft’s monopoly on film and television adaptation to IPs such as the live-action Assassin’S Creed series coming to Netflix.
In addition to that, Guillemot said production was full-time on a live-action feature film set in the “Watch Dogs” universe and an FX Live-Far Cry” live action show was being developed.
