New Life Is Strange Game From Square Enix Leaked After PEGI Rating Surfaces

A PEGI rating for the unannounced title is leaked, which suggests a new game called Life is Strange. Originally, the European video game content rating site listed “Life is Strange Reunion” for the PS5 platform and deleted the page. According to details on the listing, it would be published by Square Enix and centered on Chloe Price, best friend of Max Caulfield’s first Life is Strange game; last year’S Life Double Exposure.

This new PEGI listing (via VGC) also provides a short synopsis for Life is Strange Reunion, as well as the now deleted PEI listing. In the narrative game, Chloe will be a character of Caledon University’s quest for Max’S help but that latter must face an imminent “deadly inferno” which would destroy campus.

Despite that description and the title of the game, it seems Life is Strange Reunion will bring back best friends Max and Chloe from the first Life. PEGI rating The game has been awarded a 16-year PEI score for the games, which is said to be “very strong language, drug use and very violent” in its game.

A list of Square Enix was a reference to the listing (for the PS5 version of the game) which confirmed that it had been publisher, but did not specify who would be developer. The game was released on March 27, 2025, which appears to be a mistake as it is also listed by the webpage as its release date for the game.

Square Enix has not confirmed a new Life is Strange game.

Last month’s series was Life is Strange Double Exposure, released in October 2024 as the latest installment of the series. The game was reintroduced to Max Caulfield as the protagonist after Life is Strange 2 and Life Strange True Colours had new characters.

Deck Nine released the double-exposure, Life is Strange 1 and 2 by Don’t Nod last year with a separate narrative adventure game, Lost Records Bloom & Rage.
