Daily use You will not feel much struggle or lag, as it is for s to be used in your daily life. Whether you are scrolling through Reels or Shorts, reading some cool blog on Chrome and just browsing Amazon, the phone is not at all stuttery. Yet if you are doing heavy multi-tasking, cracks start to appear on the crack. When too many apps are open you will notice lags or stutter sometimes.

Gaming The smartphone can handle most of the casual games well, as compared to in terms of gaming. During very high and Max frame rates I also played Call of Duty Mobile first. The primary sensor was used to take photos that were good, if not great, but decent. In complex situations, the dynamic range appears to be a bit limited. But in some cases the colours are a bit muted, but they look good as well. In some cases, it became a red flower pinkishish as well. The main sensor had good portraits of the portrait, which were decent.

It does not have a dedicated telephoto sensor here, so it uses cropping the main sensor. The 3x zoom option was used to make the photos slightly warmer in tone and less detailed than the primary sensor. Portraits were natural, and the edge detection was good with 2x zoom.

Although the details around the corner were a bit soft in nature, the wide-angle lens sensor captures the most accurate colours of the lot.

The results are more or less the same in low light, as is the case of . When testing is done the main sensor takes average photos of normal sensors. Colours were retained, although there is still a bit of background noise that you can see from the colours. Additionally, the phone was unable to handle glare effectively.

A 3x zoom photos showed sluggish pictures. Few details were given, and the images had a lot of noise. With lots of lights, the colours were natural and details slightly more pronounced with .

The wide-angle sensor also delivered okayish performance. Although the colours were slightly better, the details were missing.

Taking selfies, the 20-megapixel camera takes good photos in daylight and low-light conditions. The smartphone could capture the right skin tone, and in both cases it was a good edge detection.

I think Redmi Note 15 is a good device for the category and can nail everyday use rather than look like flashy upgrade. A premium smartphone, one of the most slick smartphones in this price segment is its sleeker style and offers an exclusive design for itself. The display is great, and you will not be very troubled with brightness either way. It’s a decent performance in daily life, though it’t really be if you have gotten into gaming.

The smartphone comes with a starting price of Rs. 22,999.

The cameras were a mixed bag, and hopefully with future updates Redmi could make some improvements to the cameras. The battery life is good, and you can get a day’s backup on one charge with moderate use. That said, the smartphone will certainly have some heat from other phones — nothing phone 3a Lite (Review), Poco X7 Pro (review) and OnePlus Nord CE5 (REview); Motorola G67 Power (Rview).
