While it was not the first brand to launch a foldable smartphone, this stemmed from an Chinese company called Royole that introduced FlexPai. Yet for the whole concept of folding phones, it was Samsung that took its Galaxy Fold and has always introduced foldable smartphones (the most recent being the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7). Besides that, we saw several brands like OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Google and Motorola launch their own iterations of foldable smartphones.
Nevertheless, the foldable smartphones have been in a state of rut for several years. Samsung is back with an innovation that re-invents the foldable space with its new Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold, which makes foldability phones fun again.
