Vivo X300 FE Tipped to Launch in Two RAM and Storage Configurations: Expected Features Colourways and More
A fresh leaked by Vivo has revealed that it will be a more accurate reflection on its future market variants ahead of launch in the new leak, which is expected to shed light on what’s going to be released next month as an example of how to use this term. The new update is about the handset’s possible storage configurations and launch colour options. It has already been cited in earlier reports as having chipped down, supported by charging and connectivity features of its predecessors but this leak adds new details to the latest information. A rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini is also expected to be released in India later this year as its successor, the vivo X200 FE, will launch.
Vivo X300 FE Colour Options, Specifications (Expected)
The Vivo X300 FE could be available in two configurations, Tech blogger Anvin (@ZionsAnvin) has claimed in an x post that the Viva was offered. Base variant may have 12GB of RAM and 256GB built-in storage. The handset could also be released in a 12GB+512GB storage variant of the handset. A black and blue colour option is also selected for the handset, which has been tipped to launch in black or blue colours but more colourways could be introduced by the company.
The model number V2537, Vivo X300 FE, was recently featured on Geekbench. The listing shows a single core score of 2,701 and 8,1802 multi core scores. It also suggests that it may have been powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, which is 12GB of RAM and runs on Android 16.
In the TÜV Rheinland listing of the Vivo X300, it was recommended for 90W wired fast charging. The handset’s 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC connectivity have been confirmed by its IMDA listing of the handset.
A rebranded version of China’s Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which was released in December 2025 as the ViVO X300 FE is likely to be a variant of its predecessor. This upcoming handset is expected to launch in India at around Rs. 60 per cent of s.
