Adobe Previews New Agentic AI Workflows for Marketing Tasks at Adobe Summit 2026
Several previews of how Adobe’S artificial intelligence (AI) and agentic capabilities can transform marketing workflows were shared by Adobe. In the Sneaks sessions, they presented these previews at Adobe Summit 2026 where the company presents early-stage projects that are currently in the research and development (R&D) stage. The software giant’s scientists engineers, product managers and designers build these are the brain builders behind such a system. It was focused this year on marketing processes and how AI can reimagine content production and branded experiences.
Adobe Previews AI-Powered Marketing Projects
Several projects were shared by the software giant, which has also been featured in a blog post. Although these are not currently available for users, similar workflows may be developed by the user with new agentic tools across the different platforms. They included Project Concurrent, a marketing tool that allows marketers to convert static designs into visuals like infographics and charts.

It also allows users to create visuals that are linked to live data sources with Adobe Express. Moreover, users can also use formulas and create dynamic visuals with the new Firefly assistant.
A second interesting preview is Project Face Off, where marketers simulate A/B testing before launching a campaign live. This project creates user-named audience personas and models of each model’s interaction with different variants of design, allowing Adobe users to understand what works best. Similarly, marketing professionals can ask specific personas to make the test more consistent with their use case.
The latest version of Adobe’s Project Page Turner, another early-stage preview, can create personalised web pages in real time according to user intent. Hence, brands can personalise each interaction on the website as the page adapts according to what the visitor was looking for.
Moreover, Project Wise allows marketers to convert an asset from a static source into ‘an integrated, fully built, personalised email workflow’. Adobe Express can do this, which converts a structured HTML template into ‘an innovative asset’ for creating an effective tool. Adobe Journey Optimiser The output can then refine and activate the output by its software journey optimizer. In addition to these, the company also presented projects for image production and editing, converting content into campaign-ready assets (and streamlining video creation) and videos making.
