007 First Light Suffers Major Leak; Story Spoilers Game Ending and Gameplay Footage Surface Online

The James Bond game upcoming from the IO Interactive company 007 First Light, which has been leaked ahead of launch, is being released in a new video on Monday. A leak from the Indonesian ratings board has led to major story spoilers of the game, including its ending, appearing online. This leaked also reportedly includes gameplay footage and story spoilers from other unreleased titles, along with information about Ubisoft’s ‘Assassin’ Black Flag remake and Konami’. 007 First Light Leaks

A VGC report claims that more than an hour of video, including the apparent ending of the game, has been leaked because a security flaw with Indonesian Game Rating System (IGRS) is’security flawing out to its own right. The game is now being aired online, six weeks before First Light’s May 27 launch. Fans who are keen on the game without spoilers should be wary of major story revelations from the Game that fans want to see it as they go through with their games.

The leak from Indonesia’s ratings board also included gameplay footage and spoilers from Bandai Namco’S Echoes of Aincrad, along with 007 First Light. It also included the leak Ubisoft’s Assassin’S Creed Black Flag remake and Konami’, Castlevania Belmont’. Curse by VGC reports.

Additionally, the IGRS leak reportedly breached private data of thousands of game developers, exposing email addresses linked to them.

007 First Light developer IO Interactive has not yet commented on the leak.

IO Interactive recently deferred the Nintendo Switch 2 edition of First Light last week to “later this summer” in an attempt to delay it. A simultaneous launch of the steal-action title was originally planned for PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X and Switch 2 in a first time.

The 007 First Light was also postponed across all platforms in December 2025, as was the case of a . A March 27, 2026, game for the James Bond series was scheduled to launch but it was re-released two months to May 27–2026. The switch 2 edition is yet to be confirmed without any new release date of for the Switch 2.

This will be a standalone James Bond origin story, with the 26-year-old Bond recruited by the MI6 in 007 First Light. The infamous spy will begin as a drunk Royal Navy air crewman in the game and then land on MI6’s training program, where he eventually works his way to ‘00’ status.
