Now Meta is expanding its artificial intelligence (AI) tool for marketing campaigns to major global markets. Meta AI Business Assistant, a conversational AI platform designed to help advertisers optimise marketing campaigns, resolve account issues and manage customer interactions across Meta’s platforms, is known as the Meta Artificial Business assistant. First introduced last year, it was only available to select advertisers in the United States. The AI tool is now widely available globally across its key markets, with Menlo Park-based tech giant launching the most popular version of the technology.

Its biggest strength is that it’s embedded inside the company’ existing tools (including the Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite and Business Support Home), allowing users to access the new AI features without any friction.

Advertisers with the AI tool can resolve account issues such as restoring a disabled account, updating spend limits or troubleshooting payment or delivery error using the app. The also answers questions about the user’s account or their campaigns in natural language. Additionally, it is claimed that the tool will provide a better value for advertisers’ money by offering customized suggestions from an analysis of the campaign result and user’s business data.

Besides this, the Meta AI Business Assistant can help user in the brainstorming and campaign creation process by thinking of new ad ideas, writing ed text (and creating images for the product catalogue) and producing images.
